FROM ITALY.
WITH A DREAM.

Aniello and his brother Vincenzo left Italy as teenagers and came to the United States with a shared ambition to build something lasting. Together, they opened Brother Bruno Pizza in Wayne, New Jersey, in 1976, bringing authentic recipes and a commitment to quality and community to their new home.

The story continued into the next generation when Aniello’s son Pietro joined the business in the early 2000s.

ONE BEGINNING.

Vincenzo co-founded Brother Bruno Pizza alongside his brother Aniello in 1976. Their pizzeria in Wayne became the starting point for a business built around family recipes, quality and the local community.

Over the following decades, the brothers grew the business, opened additional locations and mentored aspiring pizza makers.

A NEW CHAPTER.

Pietro, Aniello’s son and Vincenzo’s nephew, joined the family business in the early 2000s. He expanded the classic menu with creative offerings, including stuffed pies and dessert pizzas, while maintaining the family’s traditional approach.

BrotherBrunoDirect.com launched in 2015 and became fully operational by 2017, taking the family’s pizzas to customers across all 50 states.
